Dermatomycosis – fungal skin infection |

In the initial phase of fungal development is hidden and without symptoms. When the mycelium is slowly generating in creatine, the local inflammation will appear. Typical symptom of a skin mycosis are the itching and redness. In inflammatory surroundings might be visible exfoliation of the epidermis.
The so-called intertriginous mycosis occurs in:
- Intertrigo of around buttock fold - is associated with mycotic infection on the final section of the large bowel. An infection may be visible around the anus.
- Intertrigo of inguinal fold
- Intertrigo under breast
- Intertrigo of feet and fingers surroundings.
These are systemic types of mycosis and the treatment should be done from the inside.
Remember to wash clothes, personal underwear and bra’s in high temperatures.
